MURALS
Many people like to express their individuality by commissioning an artist to paint a mural in their home. This is not an activity exclusively for owners of larger houses. Condominium owners have increasingly become interested in commissioning murals. A mural can be added to the smallest of walls.
A mural artist is only limited by the time spent on the painting and of course the accompanying fee -all of which are dictated by the level of detail.
Below are some examples of recent murals.

A View of Harbourfront
Acrylic and Oil paint
Approx 4' x 6'
This recently completed mural (August, 2010) is the most complex project I have ever worked on. The idea behind it is that the client is standing on a ferry in Toronto Harbour and is gazing out towards where she lives at Harbourfront. She imagines that she can see a large number of familiar lakefront scenes. The task was to incorporate them all in one mural. The mural is situated on a wall through which one enters the condominium suite and faces a mirrored wall. In this way, a visitor enters through a portal in the mural and becomes a part of it via the reflection.
Since it was difficult to take a photo of it in its entirety, I have lincluded nine key image details.
